We opened The Alderley Pilates Studio in 2002 having qualified as Body Control Pilates teachers. 

Our aim was to provide a centre of excellence for Pilates teaching in Cheshire. We committed to continually developing our own teaching skills and those of our team of teachers, all of whom are qualified BCP teachers and members of the National Register of Exercise Professionals (REP) at the highest level (Advanced Instructor).

The Studio is one of only three (accredited BCP centres outside of London) and the fact that we are both Supervising Teachers for Body Control Pilates and assist with the training of new teachers bears testament to our commitment and expertise in this area.

The stylishly designed Studio offers a peaceful, uplifting and tranquil setting for classes. In the heart of the Cheshire countryside, we are conveniently located for clients from Alderley Edge, Chelford, Congleton, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Wilmslow and indeed throughout North East Cheshire and South Manchester.
