Pilates, and particularly the form we teach, Body Control Pilates, is a gentle, accessible form of exercise. We are happy to see clients as a continuation on from treatment for muscle and joint problems and do see clients pre and post surgery. We are happy, with client agreement, to liaise with practitioners to ensure effective outcomes.
Pilates can be used during and post pregnancy and many of our teachers have particular training in this area.
Pilates can also be used to improve sporting performance and we have experience of teaching clients for running, rowing, sailing, golf, tennis, and horse riding in particular.
We are always pleased to welcome practitioners to our studio and you are welcome to book a complimentary lesson or we can arrange a group workshop for your
